The rules of the road for using crafthax.

By creating an account or using crafthax, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use crafthax.
crafthax is a business management platform for trade professionals: HVAC technicians, plumbers, electricians and similar field service businesses. It provides tools for quoting, invoicing, scheduling, compliance tracking and business analytics.
You must be at least 18 years old to use crafthax. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account at support@crafthax.com.
crafthax offers three plans: Starter ($29/month), Pro ($79/month) and Team ($149/month). Annual billing is available at a 20% discount. Your subscription renews automatically until cancelled.
You may cancel at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods. We offer a 14-day free trial on all plans. No credit card required.
You may use crafthax only for lawful business purposes. You may not use crafthax to send spam, violate any law, infringe intellectual property rights or transmit harmful or fraudulent content. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
crafthax uses AI to generate quote estimates from photos. These estimates are a starting point and may not be accurate in all cases. You are solely responsible for reviewing AI-generated quotes before presenting them to customers. crafthax makes no warranty as to the accuracy of AI-generated content.
You own your data. We will not sell it. Our use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy. You may export your data at any time from your account settings.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, crafthax is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
We may update these Terms with at least 30 days notice of material changes by email. Continued use of crafthax after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
